This year the tour will cover homes along the South Channel and includes the ongoing renovations of the South Channel Yacht Club.

Tickets to tour the six beautiful homes plus the yacht club are $20/each.  They can be purchased at the Reader's Cove, Island Grind, The Waterfront Shoppe and Jane's Sans Souci Market.
