A great Island tradition and family-friendly event with activities for children of all ages, including adults! Visit with your friends while meeting some new ones! All are welcomed! Come join the fun!
Some of the activities planned for you...
PICKLEBALL CONTEST: Courtside registration starts at 10:00 AM, with games commencing at 10:30 AM and continuing until 12:30 PM. The registration fee is $5 per player. Pre-reg can be done at Jane's Sans Souci Market. Spaces are limited. The event will follow a round robin format, and the winners will earn bragging rights! The registration table will have door prizes for off-court winning!
SILENT AUCTION: The silent auction tables are filled with items from various price ranges and for every taste and interest! The silent auction bidding is open from 12:00 to 3:00. You do NOT need to be present to claim your item(s) that may have won the highest bid.
Silent Auction Donations are being accepted daily from 10 AM to 7 PM in the garage at 5275 Green Dr. Donation slips are available on the table in the garage. The donation deadline is July 31st.

LIVE MUSIC: This year the Clay Twp. Music in the Park concert series is making a stop at Field Day. Enjoy the sounds of Featured Band: Brent Mireau Acoustic, Sponsored by Harsens Island St. Clair Flats Association, on a stage near the pavilion from 4:00-6:00. A great place to hang out to see if you won any of your silent auction bids.
KIDS GAMES: Here's an opportunity for kids ages 4-12 to get out and participate in FREE organized, supervised field games that run from 1:00-2:00. Registration for the games opens at 12:00 at a table near the playground. All participants get a bottle of water, a candy bag afterwards, and a coupon for a FREE treat from the concession kitchen.
RAFFLES: There will be two 50/50 raffles drawn at 3:00 and 6:00 plus a lottery tree with a guaranteed $100 cash win.
CONCESSIONS: There will be adult refreshments (until 6:00), water, and soda. The kitchen will be selling ice cream, nachos, chips, hot dogs, pulled porK, and brats. Food and beverages will be available from 12:00 to 6:00.
VENDORS: Every year we invite various vendors onto the field to sell their goods and services. In addition to shopping the silent auction tables, visitors can explore the vendor section of art, crafts, food items, and non-profits. Interested in selling? STUDENT VOLUNTEERS can receive community service credit! Hours donated can go towards National Honor Society community service credits, college portfolios, or more! HISCFA is a 501(c)(3) organization.
